BIG BIG SHOW

I will be performing my new piece "I invented a restaurant that only serves side dishes" at the Contemporary Art Center as part of the big, big exhibition American Idyll. I couldn't be happier about being part of this great show.
If anyone is in Cincinnati, please come to the opening this friday! I perfrom from 8-9, and you get free pasta salad after!

This will be the first time I am using a musician for one of my pieces, it is certainly different, but man, why didn't I think of this before? I mean having music that changes with each section, something to help me keep my energy up, my speed, something that lets me take breaks and not feel worried that it is so silent in the room. This is why people could listen to Spaulding Gray for so long, he had back up music that let him just do his thing.

I got a quote in one of the local weekly rags "CinWeekly." It was actually a great quote, and I am extatic that they used my words.
